Set on the edge of the National Forest, our Harry Colt-designed parkland course provides a memorable and rewarding test for players of all abilities. Recognised as an England Golf Championship venue, it offers superb playing conditions year-round and a closing hole that’s as dramatic as it is picturesque — played downhill over water to a green beneath the clubhouse terrace.
But what truly sets us apart is the service. From the first welcome to the last handshake, we make sure your guests feel looked after. Our clubhouse provides the space and flexibility to suit every kind of gathering — whether that’s a relaxed meal in the bar or a formal presentation in a private room. Catering is handled in-house with freshly prepared menus, and our team will help you build the right experience for your group.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we work with you to design the day your players actually want — including meal options, tee time formats, on-course competitions, and anything else that adds value to your event.
We welcome groups of 10 or more on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout the season. A £100 deposit secures your date, and early booking is advised — especially for summer Fridays, which fill quickly.
