Group lessons for the ladies are open to all ladies.
Lessons will be aimed at ladies who have no or limited experience of golf. All equipment will be provided where necessary. At the end of the 6 lessons we will take you out onto the golf course. Cost of the 6 week course is £30 per person.

You can walk around 4-5 miles in the average game of golf, burn at least 900 calories and will take more than 10,000 steps, you will easily achieve the recommended 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week recommended by the NHS to keep healthy.
